  • Leg day ? I definitely need to improve my bench step-ups, or I should consider getting a smaller bench because that move is no joke. I can already feel my legs burning 😂

I use a step and do them as a lunge then step up, making sure to put all my weight in my front leg when I step up so it still gets plenty of work. I'm just too small to feel like I'm safe doing it on the bench :laughing:
