How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

HELP, I literally can’t stop binging and eating extremely unhealthy food/portions, after the game was over 😔

Any tips? Please and thank you

Joanna C.

Ugh I have this same problem. It's a binge and restrict cycle. And I always gain a few pounds before I start the next game. I find that keeping doing these games is helpful because you from binging too hard and keeps me accountable!

Stop restricting so much during the game. If you can’t find balance even while losing weight it will be hard to keep it off. I have the motto if I see it and then want it, I don’t actually need it. If I think about it before seeing it then have it, as if I don’t satisfy that craving then it turns into a binge. I’ve suffered from a binge eating disorder for the last 12 years of my life and I finally feel like I’m breaking the cycle with this mentality. I felt like a double cheeseburger the other day, thought about it constantly. I went and got the damn cheeseburger and also had no guilt around it. Also tell yourself to feel no shame! Because I didn’t feel guilty my brain didn’t go “well you’ve stuffed it now, may as well keep going”, instead I just went back about my day.
