  • It’s Workout Wednesday!

    Exercise is an important aspect of staying healthy! The saying "use it or lose it" is very true and every little bit counts! I prefer working out at home - either using my walking pad or finding a workout on YouTube (there are TONS to choose from!)

    What are you up to today? Can you do anything different to add extra activity to your day (park farther away, take the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.)?

My hubby and I have opposite 'fitness' days so the other can cook on their 'off' day. Today, I'm thinking a nice brisk paced walk would be great and maybe a little dancing (which means I've got music on and I'm dancing while dusting/folding laundry, etc). I hear he's grilling chicken and veggies...

I took my 4 yr old for a bike ride. She’s gotten faster so it was a whole lot more running than normal. Not fun. I was quite sore.
