I’m back y’all I gained all my weight back and more since I played a couple years ago : ( .
I struggle with night binging/literal sleep eating feels like literally every night recently : ( Does anyone else have that problem?

Yes I do ? that’s one habit I couldn’t get rid of yet ! I don’t eat breakfast because of that ! So I’ll have more calories for later . I prepare healthy snacks for later so I can stay on track , not every night is perfect .
