
i have never had any support in this weight loss process because people around me are too skinny and cant relate. i overeat because i am emotinally hurt and when i am bored and when i am alone. i need to stop doing that. i have the "up" device to track my steps. i plan to use my fitness to track my food(which is hard) i keep eating junk and lose track when emotinal. i am hoping instead of seeing a triple digit number to lose i will focus on the 4% every month to lose and win money. i hope my initial investment lasts me through my whole journey. the first month i lost the 4% and this is my second month.
