- 1.00 cup, Quinoa
- 450.00 g, Any Color Bell Pepper
- 6.00 sausage (155 g), Mild Italian Sausage
- 6.00 cup, Spinach - Raw
- 0.50 cup, Tomato Basil Marinara Sauce
- 1.00 cup, shredded, Cheese, mozzarella, whole milk
Cut the peppers in half, lay on a baking sheet. Cook the quinoa, cook the sausage in a pan, drain it and chop it up or remove castings and pan fry as little bits. Take the everything but the peppers and cheese and mix in a bowl. Once mixed, fill peppers with mixture and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for about 15-20 minutes. You basically just want the peppers to have softened and everything to be hot.
