For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Well, I have a chance. It’s going to be challenging, but as of today, if I lose 6.3 lbs. in 8 days I can make goal for the second round. I have my meal plan locked down so I’m going to push myself to get off my ass and start my exercise program. The exercise part is my nemesis.

So true Heidi, I eat popcorn too. But, I am now air popping it with one of those silicone microwave popcorn bowls and I use a movie theater zero calorie butter spray and I put the salt on so to control the amount. I am still losing weight. Not sure if you’ve tried these things but the popcorn really fills me up.

@kara, I do my own meal plan. I weigh and track all my food. I eat no more than 1200 calories a day. I drink 64+ ounces of water, and I do IF. Yesterday I started my exercise program which will consist of 30 minutes daily on my treadmill and 3 x a week I will do kettlebell on a YouTube program with this trainer I really like. Yesterday was my first day on the treadmill- today will be treadmill and kettlebell. Here we go!!
