How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hello
Stay committed to my meal plan

Meal prep food ahead of time for the week.

Write food in my fitness pal daily stick to my five day a week workouts

Most help is needed on the weekends as I can do really well Monday through Thursday, but the weekends can get away and I find that’s really where my plan falls apart Suggestions for that would be helpful.

Good luck everybody

Thanks Lynette I think it’s more social gathering with alcoholic drinks - desserts and other fatty foods!! Truly it’s probably just habits that I need to change or plan better for social events - dinner out- b days- seems always something

Robin- Well, I was 0 for 3 on that! Ha!
Ohhhh yes- our social life! Which is totally important for self-care - reducing stress, being with friends, engaging in activities that bring you joy. I get it!
I will always come back to water as a super-helpful hint - drink a glass or two in between alcoholic beverages; always have a fancy or fun AND full water bottle in hand, so you're constantly reminded to be drinking it and maybe not so inclined to pick up a snack or sugary sweet. Even fruit-infused water might curb the urge for a dessert.
It takes time, though, to adjust to new habits. Stay committed to your goals - I know you can do this! :)
