For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Hi, Lisa 48 here. I’m way up on my weight! I’ve done DietBets (2016-18) before and they helped me get to a strong & fit place. I’m in the trenches of menopause and have developed a heart arrhythmia. This heart arrhythmia has held me down (from jogging & gym), as I’m scared of triggering VT & ending up back in the hospital. For 2025 I hope to add more elevation gains (hiking) and start jogging a little. I’m going to clean up my nutrition and tame this sugar demon. I’ve started back at the gym & I plan to strength train 3-4X week. I have a beautiful 9 month old granddaughter and I want to comfortably run after her when she starts running next year. Salud to new, healthier all of us!
