Anyone else get bothered when you’re seemingly doing everything right, Definitely at a calorie deficit and the scale hasn’t budged? I have to remind myself it’s only been a week. Chill
The thing that really isn’t right about this is I have actually lost weight. I’m down 9 pounds since December 29. But the scale hasn’t budged in a few days and that bothers me? lol Maybe it’s time to put the scale away?

Thanks Kathy I’ll try all of that but I’m not going to switch up what I eat. I like to eat the same thing everyday.

A second scale for a reality check is a good thing. Found that out the hard way.
I also believe in weighing in daily first thing in the morning, logging that with food and salt intake, as well as time of the month.
Big influence on daily weight changes.
