How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Does anyone have a mountain bike exercise stand that lets you ride inside? Would you recommend? Does it come with an app?

I was in a car accident in nov and am not cleared to lift or do most activities. I feel my body getting unhealthier by the day.

( something like the peloton but diy… peloton is out of my price range unfortunately)

What I did - before committing to the price tag of a peloton, was buy a used stationary bike off Facebook marketplace ($100) - and then paid for the peloton app/membership ($13/mo at the time, if you didn't own the bike) - and used it that way. I did buy a Wahoo (?) cadence monitor to attach for another $20 maybe? So I could at least keep up with the instructors on pedal speed! All in it was closer to $275 for the whole year - and then when I determined I would use it, i resold the bike and invested that in my peloton purchase. Good luck!!
