For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Just weighed and I’m .2lbs under my goal. Just gotta be smart about my food choices today. We have a birthday celebration tomorrow so I’m allowing a bit of a cheat day AFTER my weigh-in gets approved. We have three family birthdays in February, including my own. And I’ll be in Vegas Feb 22-23. That March 1 weigh-in is going to be a little tough to achieve but I’ve never lost a DietBet yet in 8 years. And my family dinner will be that night.

You’ve got this! I’ve been trying to have cheat meals or treats a few times a week rather than cheat days and I think it helps a lot! Birthdays and holidays really complicate healthy eating!
