How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I'm under goal, but I'm waiting until tomorrow to weigh in so that I keep myself in check this weekend. Anyone else? I've done a few diet bets and many times have pigged out when one round ends only to have to relose those pounds in addition to the goal pounds.

I always give myself a “cheat day” at the end of each round. I don’t consider weight “gained” in one day to be actual weight. More like water retention, extra food, and unexcreted waste. I get back on track the second day and I’m usually right back down by the third.

I needed to hear this, good advice and warning
