How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Jan to now 💛

Peloton three times a week (inc one arms workout), Pilates twice a week and lots of walking, water and completely overhauling how I eat...

Yep @Eli M! I've basically quit UPFs, am much more mindful when I eat, drastically reduced portion sizes, am following the balanced plate (where 1/2 your plate is veg, 1/4 protein and 1/4 carbs). I do think managing food has reduced my weight but the pilates has changed my body shape.

It's the first time I've been overweight rather than obese in 5+ years.

Awesome UPFs seams to be a key factor for me as well. Congrats! your doing great.
