How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

So I have work party tomorrow where food will be left out all day tomorrow! How do I not overeat or be tempted to??

I find intermittent fasting helps with not over-eating. I give myself a few hours to do my eating, start off filling up with something healthy then snack until I'm done my eating window hours, then hard and fast no eating when I'm done until the next day. IF isn't for everyone but it might be worth trying to help with situations like this
Also just letting us know here is a great start already, we can hold you accountable to report back to us what strategy you ended up using and how well it works. If you feel on a break that you're tempted too much, you could report here part way through as well!!

  • I did good ladies!! I did eat but I still counted my calories and chose healthy options to make me a taco salad on a bed of lettuce! I was also super satisfied as well!!
