How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I had a non scale victory today.
I have went through my closet filled 2 large trash bags full of XL shirts and size 16 and 18 pants.
Then my sister who has lost weight gave me a full large trash bag full of M and L shirts and size 14 shorts. And they all fit.
I have not been in a size 14 pants for years.
My journey is a little different for in November I was diagnosed with AGS (Alpha Gal Syndrome). It’s from a Lone Star tick bite. I had to change my diet and clean out my all my food in house.
I’m allergic to all mammals, anything made or processed with mammals (gelatin, bone char to whiten sugar, and anything that can cross contaminate)
Also all Dairy because it’s from cows, goats all mammals.

So I’m eating healthier and feeling so much better. It’s been hard but I have to do it.

  • It’s only in mammals so chicken, turkey, duck, emu, ostrich and bird is ok along with any fish. But everyone has different reactions. Dairy is from cows or goats so can’t have any dairy.

Thank you so much for sharing, it sounds really hard to figure out a diet! Hoping for you it can be an advantage in your health journey by ruling out so many things that aren't that healthy for you anyway
