I would love to see some of your guy's ideas, goals and plans for the healthier lifestyle changes that will help you to lose weight and maintain the weight loss!

My goals for this dietbet include:

1. Replacing unhealthy sugary treats with fruit/fruit smoothies or a honey sweetened tea.

2. Reducing my portion sizes a little bit

3. Walking 30 minutes every day

4. Coming up with a good rotating system for dinners, so I don't have to spend energy thinking about what to cook or making complicated meals. I'm hoping to just rotate the same 4 or 5 healthy dinners throughout the month. Recipes recommendations are appreciated!
