Hey guys! I lost 70 lbs last year, have been super happy but have about 20-25 lbs to go to my ultimate goal. I also got back from vacation, gained a couple of pounds and have been off track since. Hoping this helps me get back on track!

What tips can you give

Mary, I ate high protein, got into a rhythm, and focused on things that weren’t food in my life keeping busy to avoid boredom eating. I started buying Barebells protein bars, quest chips (the nacho ones are the best), and Olipop. These things filled the void of “junk food” for me. I also walked soooo much. My job requires a lot of walking too so I hit like 20k steps a day. You can do it!!!
