I don't know why I have to do 2 posts - I couldn't see what I was writing at the bottom of the first one. Grrr.

Anyway - no nightshade veggies, no fake sugar and no processed foods. Sooooo ... lol. It's meat, veggies and fruit. After awhile I can add in things and see how I feel. So I thought since I probably am going to lose weight, I might as well do dietbet!!!

Btw - all the times (maybe not the first time, I don't remember), but I join 3 kickstarters, 3 member ones and 3 transformers. If you are going to do one and you are committed - might as well do them all!! Just have to definitely keep an eye on your weigh ins and outs!!! I would suggest keeping your kickstarters and member ones starting at the same time and then taking a little break at the end of the month. I was overlapping them and that got a little hard. So not this time!!
