How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Alright. My kiddo ate the frosting off her donut today and wanted to throw away the rest at lunch time, and being starving and about 2 hours away from my prepped food, I caved and ate the bald donut. BUT it said it was 270 calories, and to make up for it, I only had half of my prepped lunch.

We made it to the gym in the evening, and I got on the stair stepper ready to *work,* but 18 minutes in the childcare center staff called me to tell me kiddo had peed her pants. Not having a change of clothes, we left. I’ll have to do a body weight workout at home.

Semper Gumby, I guess

@Franni E wise words! (Though I definitely did enjoy the donut lol) Thanks :)

I do sometimes consciously decide to eat my kids leftover food. But I try to make this decision more mindfully. I remind myself first of all, I’m not a garbage disposal, and secondly, is it really worth it? Is the food cold? Is it soggy? Is it still delicious? Will I still enjoy it? I don’t tell myself I can never have my kids leftover food, but I do it more mindfully.
