I enjoy many activities, especially swimming. But in all honesty I enjoy walking with my family the most. I get exercise while talking to either my husband or daughter about day to day things and catching up on what’s going on in our lives. I can walk for hours doing this!

I love working out at home doing yoga or barre workouts using hand weights, resistance bands and my mat because I can always find time for it. I also have hula hoops I use and dance around to music which has been a great way to destress and get exercise plus it brings me so much joy!
