Hi everyone! Just did my initial weigh in. I have been stalled at my current weight for a few months now after losing about 40 lbs. this is the weight where I stop feeling so bad and feel like I’m kind of a normal (plus) size. Around 235-240. So I start to lose some of my motivation. Happened to me 2 years ago and with stress i gained a lot back. So now I am really trying to harness the motivation to keep it moving.

My goals for the week are to exercise every day, stick to my keto diet, and be more social than I have been lately.

I’m excited to keep each other motivated and accountable!
