How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Wow, I feel so good today! Four days of WFPB eating seems to be catching up. This is usually the part where I think, "hmm, I could grab a bag of chips...." I would like a pizza, so I think I'll make a pizza soup.

Oooooh! I, too, am getting back to eating a WFPB diet! I’ve loosely followed for 5 years, but vegan junk food gets me when the going gets rough, and this last year has been rough. I almost asked you if you were vegan in your spices post!

If you have any questions or need a buddy, I’m here!

Yeah, there's so much vegan stuff now that it makes it easy to be a beer-and-chips vegan. I'm vegan for the animals, so my health hasn't been the top consideration, which is done. I've been vegan for more than 10 years now, and turned vegetarian when I was 11, which meant making due with things at places like picnics. Potato chip sandwiches got me through Girl Scouts.
