How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I’ve been doing good with intermittent fasting and working out 3x a week, but I feel my weight is stuck now.. I know o need better sleep, and maybe more water, but can’t figure out why I’m at a plateau.

Suggestions for some forward movement?

I’m trying to. I got a new Apple Watch for Christmas and haven’t quite gotten used to it after being on a FitBit for so long. I am also on my feet all day though. I have a standing height desk at school so I rarely sit unless I’m on the floor with my students.

Take some magnesium at night. Totally helps sleep. Switch the meals up too.
