  • Grrrrr! So mad at myself. I was cruisin' along (albeit slowly) with my weight loss, until yesterday. Combo of stuck inside because of an ice storm, and complete boredom, I ate over my meal plans and had an extra snack at midnight. Up a pound this morning. DUH! Today, into the hiking boots and back outside to hit the trails (oh, and no extra bowl of cereal at midnight!)

We are human and not perfect. You’ve been mostly doing great, so you’ve still got this!
