How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Adding some other ideas here: I eat Fiber One cereal with a banana in the morning (w. almond milk). I always make an extra salad when I make one for dinner (it helps if it's all ready and in the fridge), I keep FF cottage cheese and eat it with chunk pineapple, I have purchased an Ideal Protein Cookbook and make a keto casserole from that once a week for dinners. I also keep Pure Protein Bars, fat free cheese sticks and apples in the house for snacks. I am going to leave a facebook link for the Ideal Protein page in case you are interested in that cookbook. Good Luck!!

I made lentil burger patties in bulk and froze them. They're incredibly filling~
