I finally got into the 170’s!!!
I’m packing food and snacks for flight to Atlanta GA leaving today and coming home Thursday.
Feeling Great and don’t want this trip to set me back so being prepared.

Packing snacks is a great way to support yourself! Our society has catered to the idea that when we travel we have to eat convenience food, but it’s just not true. I spend a lot of time in the car with my kids & we always grab healthy snacks like fresh fruit/veggies & bottled water, nuts, cheese, sometimes popcorn. If we’re headed to a hotel I’ll pack a cold bag with Greek yogurt, sandwiches, and hard boiled eggs. It saves soooo much $ too! Airport food is so insanely expensive!

Well I’m back from Atlanta trip and actually did great! Weighed myself this morning and lost .8 of a pound. So with planning and making healthy choices at restaurants it can be done.
