How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Good morning everyone. I’m hoping to be back on track today. My Dad was hospitalized in acute respiratory distress on Thursday. I’ve spent so many hours sitting in that hospital room. I did OK with my eating. I got on the scales this morning and I’m up a pound. I’ll take it. He was discharged yesterday. I worked out this morning and glad to be back in my routine.

That's hard to go through that with a family member, but great that he was discharged and that you were able to stay the course with your eating! Good luck to you getting fully back and track, and best of health to you and your family
