How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I'm in such an "I'm over 40 and my body is getting mad at my food choices" slump. We eat fairly healthy meals but I'm looking for healthy breakfast ideas and snacks. I'm also thinking I need to go dairy free... anyone have thoughts/favorites?!

Any suggestions would be fun to try! I'm going to stick to almond milk but haven't had issues with yogurt or cheeses!

I noticed a huge difference in my weight lose and muscle gain when I increased my protein. I also found I wasn’t late night binging.
My favourite go to if I want something sweet is:
Lactose/ fat free cottage cheese
Egg
Cocoa powder
Dark chocolate chips
Natural peanut butter
In the microwave for 1 minute and 30 (I like it firm- if you like it liquidity you can put it in for less time)
