How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Welcome, everyone! I'm so happy you're here! My name is Jenn, and I'll be your host.

    I enjoy doing weekly challenges as part of our game because they help keep things interactive and motivating. (Participation is optional, of course.)

    The first challenge is The Water Challenge!

    Here’s how it works if you’d like to join:
    Drink at least 64 oz. of water each day from Wednesday through Friday (February 12th - 14th).

    Starting on Friday, there will be a post at the top of the game feed here for you to comment under if you complete the challenge. The deadline to report your results is Saturday at 10:00 PM Pacific Time. The prize drawing for the $10 cash prize will be held shortly after that. Each week, the prize amount will increase!

    One additional suggestion (not part of the challenge): please introduce yourself and share your goals! Let us know where you are on your weight loss or fitness journey and what your short and long-term goals are. Just for fun, tell us where you’re from! I live in Utah.
