Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Hi my name is Katrina!!! I’m here to lose the next 10lbs on my weight loss journey. I lost 10lbs last year during a 10-week challenge at my gym that ended in November (see one photo below). I was able to maintain it through the holidays and am now ready to lose the next 10lbs in my weight loss journey.

    I’m currently 271lbs and my long term goal is to get to 220lbs. I’ll be using the fast metabolism diet (FMD) to reach my 10lb goal for this dietbet. I’ll share more about the FMD in another post.

    My physical activity goals are to workout at least 3x per week (2x at the gym plus a walk or line dancing class). I’m super excited to crush my goals with you all. We can do anything we put our mind to. Let Go!!!
