For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Hi all!

This is probably my…let’s see…fourth or fifth dietbet in the last year. I join one every few months and usually make goal. But then I’m back again in 3-4 months with the **same weight to lose.**

I’m grateful for the platform because it always gives me the kick I need to re-lose the pounds, but anyone have some tips for **keeping it off** once the bet ends?

Otherwise, I’ll just be back here again in four months. 😅

Thanks CrunchyFrog! That’s super helpful. To be clear, I keep gaining and losing right at my goal weight, essentially, so I really don’t want to join another lose 4%. But didn’t know that member games are a slower pace or that there are maintenance games. I’ll look into it!
