  • I am moving more, eating better, and hydrating but have had a slight weight gain. I am trying not to let the scale control my mood. I am hoping it's just an initial reaction, and I'll see a loss soon?

Hopefully, yes.. just keep going and push hard these last 2 weeks. Maybe try smaller portion sizes? I’ve been plateaued so that’s what is helping me. You can do it!
