How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

VIEW ALL STORIES- Yesterday I woke up with a lot of energy and decided to challenge myself by running a half marathon (at home using a treadmill), it was not easy at all, I regretted this decision about 1 billion times 😂 I paused a lot of times to drink water and to visit bathroom but I did it! I’m so proud of myself! I always had a very weak immune system and had some pneumonias in childhood and many Covid’s in adult life so to be able to run even for 5 minutes was almost impossible.
