Just printed the calendar and think I will do the L4 B4 workouts this week to prep. They are all less than 30 minutes and I need to prep my brain for getting moving 6 days a week.

Good plan. I did those last week while on holiday and they are good little workouts to create/keep up a habit. If you lift heavy even though they're short you still feel it.
