  • My goal for this DietBet puts me at my overall goal when I decided to be more intentional about my nutrition 8 weeks ago. Since it is weigh in weekend, I took a progress photo and was pleasantly surprised by the changes!

    Also excited to go back to Joel’s workouts!

Where does Joel post his workouts?

Joel’s workouts are all on BODi. There is the calendar for this challenge but you can do whatever workouts you want.

Over the past 8 weeks I had mostly been doing Fire and Flow and T25 superblock (I mainly wanted something under 30 minutes so I could be consistent).
