I’ve been trying to take walks after dinner at night! It’s a great way to unwind with the whole family involved! I also found a good gym membership that has childcare. So I’ve been going 4x a week :muscle:?

My WHY is my kids. It has been hard to enjoy activities with them because of my weight. This year, I had no problem walking 6 miles, 2 days in a row at state golf. It made me realize how much has changed in the last year.
