Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Hi! I'm Marilyn and I've done 5 games over the last year and a half. I love having the accountability and the community that this group provides 😋 I'm currently training for a 10k and trying to eat a lot of protein and veggies every day. after 10 games do you feel the weight stays off or does it always come back?

I stayed off for a good amount of time but I had a bunch of life changes this past year and I feel like joining a game helps get me back on track. The goal is to not go back to my habits that make me gain the weight once the game is over :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: it’s a good reset
