How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I hit my goal for Round 1, but now I seem to be stuck. My weight hasn’t really moved since then. I keep waiting for a drop and it hasn’t happened. Grr! Anybody else on the struggle bus?

I’m in the same boat! It’s frustrating to not meet the goal this month, but I keep trying to remind myself that this is a marathon not a sprint. (I’m still annoyed that the scale isn’t moving, though! :smirk:)

Yes! I’ve made positive changes but didn’t hit my goal this time. Good luck to you guys & keep working hard!
