How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Don't take our word for it

This is my first transformer, and I highly doubt I'm going to make my goal for round 1. My question is, do our weight goals for the subsequent rounds change based on our round one weigh-in?

They do not change.

How can I support you to help you get to your goal?

Jessica T.

I haven't been doing fantastic with my calorie deficit the past few weeks. Plus, I am bloated with water weight from ovulation. I need to start being more strict with my calorie and macro counting, but the jump in the scale from hormones isn't something I can change, unfortunately
