Hi there all, hope your progress is going well!
A brief note to share that I started a 24 hour fast today (except for a few no sugar almond milk coffees!) Not expecting to lose much weight from the fast necessarily, but more so thinking it will help remind me that I can do fine eating less or less often. A sort of a mental reset for me. I’ll let you know how I got on after 9am tomorrow Melbourne time. All the best with your weight loss!

Good morning, it’s just part 9am here and this was a lot easier than I expected. Finished a half an hour walk and have lots of energy and no dizziness. Did feel a bit “empty” in the stomach this morning but otherwise it went well. I am going to have a normal keto eating day today, and alternate to intermittent fasting tomorrow, with an eating window of 6 hours. Hoping that after the 24 hours fast 18 hours won’t be too difficult!
