Dear everyone 💛

We’re currently in Round 2 of our 6-month Diet Bet Challenge, and I just want to say how proud I am of this community and the effort everyone is putting in.

I’ve personally made great progress and have lost about 26.5 pounds (12 kg) so far, something I honestly didn’t think would happen this quickly when I started. For me, it’s been a reminder that consistency, patience, and small daily habits really do add up over time.

That said, everyone’s journey is different. Please don’t compare your progress to anyone else’s, what matters is that you’re showing up for yourself and moving forward at your own pace. Every step counts, and you’re doing better than you think.

For those who don’t know: I’m a medical doctor, and I’m always happy to help with questions around nutrition, weight loss, health, or motivation.
