For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Hi Everyone! Happy Monday!
    Let’s All Pick a Positive Change
    December can be tough for diets, and I applaud you for taking the challenge this month! Some of us will make our goals and some of us won’t, but I hope we can all lose what we can and focus on positive changes.
    This week I’d like you to pick one very doable positive change and stick with it.
    This change should be meaningful to you. Big enough that you feel it on some level, but small enough to be readily achievable. Small, positive changes improve our confidence and accumulate into bigger, healthier changes.
    So reflect a bit and decide what feels right to you. Here are a few suggestions to get you started, but we all know what things we’ve been meaning to work on. Here’s your chance! But just 1! The main goal of this challenge is success.

    Ideas:
    Plan 3 meals a week
    • Prep some fruit or veggies
    • Drink more water (or tea - I’m good with unsweetened tea :-)
    • Clean out one shelf or drawer in the kitchen
    • Cut or reduce carbs
    • Add an exercise
    • Go to bed earlier 3 nights a week

I’ve had 3 days of poor (but fun!) eating! My goal will be getting the protein as well.
