Phew! I had surpassed my goal last week (many days before weight in) & stuck with my nutrition goals all weekend. I weighed in Monday AM & was 0.5 lb over my goals for this DietBet. So frustrating when the scale goes up, and such bad timing! Meanwhile, I am doing a different wellness competition at work, too, which kept me from trying habits to lose that quick 'water' weight in 24 hrs. I ate three healthy balanced meals and a couple of healthy snacks yesterday. FF to this morning - I hit the necessary weight right on the nose! What a relief after all that work! I submitted it & waiting on approval.
