Ok, First week of the challenge, each week. Not really sure how it went, I will check my weight tomorrow in the morning. Depending on the results will make adjustments. I must lose 12.6 pounds so that is 3.15 pounds each week. I am doing my walkings and a BIG change on the amount and quality of the food that I am eating.

Being an obese person, it should not be so dificult for me to go from 315.3 to 302.7 In fact, I will work hard and rename this challenge. The new goal will be... A LONG TIME SINCE BELOW 300, that being said, my goal is not 302.7 but 299 or lower.
