Recently I’ve noticed that everything I’ve tried in the past just does not work. I’m in full out perimenopause which makes life harder so so much. I am also going through culinary school for baking and pastry so that’s not helping me so much. Hoping to get out of this rut and into a good place.

I’m wondering if you can recreate some of the recipes you make at school into healthier versions. I love taking my favorite restaurant items and replacing the meat with a Vegetable, low-fat meat, making a cream sauce without the heavy cream, adding vegetables to decrease calories and lighten it up or using spices to add flavor without the fat. You’ve got this!
