I've been stuck a few pounds off my target and seemingly not moving for weeks, but luckily, just in time for the weigh in the scale has suddenly started moving again. I hit my weigh in goal exactly on the nose (which is a first for me I think) then did a hot Pilates workout and sweated buckets and could have actually weighed in a couple pounds under my goal had I waited to do it then. Either way, I JUST got there in time! :grimacing::cold_sweat:
