How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hi I hope your first challenge went well. I’ve been playing for years and I like this way because you’re really just playing toward your own goals not competing with anyone else. Everyone is in this for their own personal goal. When I win my bet it’s because my head is in the right place and I’m ready to do it. That is have the discipline and map out the start and end dates knowing I lm available to weigh on and out. I stick to my exercise classes and add more as needed. Most important for me is tracking my meals / calorie intake. If that all comes together I usually win. Also I try hard to get the pounds off early in the game. Don’t wait until mid way through. For me it’s cause weight loss is not linear and can go up and down in 24/48 hours so you want a decent cushion of weight loss so you know within the 2 or so day weigh out period you can meet that goal when you step on scale and take that pic with phone in hand. Best of luck to you!
