  • Plain Greek yogurt with 1/2 banana and blueberries. I use 1 cup of yogurt to add extra protein. 27 grams of protein!

 What brand of yogurt do you use? I found Greek yogurt to have a strange taste and consistency and prefer the Icelandic one better.
