Non-scale victory of the week!

I have been doing really good drinking water- this is something have really struggled with in the past. I went grocery shopping and picked out healthy meal options to prepare too- that was kind of fun.

I need to start exercising more. I have been trying to hit the stairs more at work but I know I need to do more exercise.
